New podcast is out and i must say im a bit dissapointed cause i thought theyll do a live interview with tim. Anyway at least they corrected their first comments abit. You can check it out here -link-
hey :) long time no... being here, how is everyrone? Havn't really had time to keep up with what the mod and updates but got a chance to play beta 4 today and i am seriously impressed, you guys have been busy! :D I've only played a couple of the new maps kz_computer, which is a cool original idea and beautifully ececuted, major props event! and kz_still, i could tell this was a millet map as soon as i spawned, really trippy. original and fun! wasn't long before i was looking for secrets and wasnt long before i found one to the amazment of the other players on the server, anyway im seriously impressed with the mod as a whole, makes me want to jump into hammer straight away, but im not going to make any promises as ive done that before...

They arnt added to the mod yet sexie. func_ladder is not in HL2MP which KZMod is based on, they need to get the code for it from HL2SP and add it into kzmod for a future release.

but how do I make 1.6 style ladders? I only have func_ladder2 and it doesn't work.

Well, I'm definitely looking forward to your second map kang.. Even tho combineclimb may lack detail, it's a fun map and has its charm.

You can count on it. I already have someone with average bhop skill, it would be great to have an old school bhop master test it! but that may be a awhile, due to it's size.

I'm working on a more 1.6 style map. With dropping blocks, and short hard sections, mixed with kz and some other stuff. Kinda like rabbit highway, but with atmosphere. I think you will like it!

well how bhop works I got quite fast :) but that mysterious non-existence of edgefriction is killing me xD I wonder about looong bhop map. Because I see now only up to 30s bhopmaps :)
Yes we are a bit more challenging. That edge friction thing is like...training wheels in my eyes. This also reflects in the way you must be more exact when bhopping in kzmod.
Kzmod is your way to actual greatness. juleeeh: The mod of the year is actually a 2 part vote......1 for mods to be chosen for top 100...and then again to choose your own top 3 from that chosen top 100.....the rest will be decided by ModDB staff.
hehe I started lovin' this game after 3 days of trying :P the only thing I still can deal with is slipping after backstepping on climbblocks ^^

we have the 2-man from redrock inside of kz_caverns_deep with permission.
since we dont really have anything to do with 1.6, only a few maps got pieces of them converted. That is presently the only 2-man map in kzmod.
Anyone know a list of 2 man KZ maps? i have vendetta, botanika, concretejungle, bhop gloomy, red rock. Any else?
