What's the error when you try and watch the demos? Are they 1.1 demos on the WR page?

Indeed Psycho, just look down before to back to desktop and the game shouldn't crashed, but sometime it crashed ^^

I have the same problem surfrock, all demos of map kz_mix_journeys or kz_maze_wickedgarden and even more maps have this problem. I don't know how can i fix it.

nope its a problem within SDK. To prevent this happening so often look on the ground. that should help in a lot of cases

You mean I have to use sdk 2007 instead of 2006 ?

Sometimes when I go out to windows form inside KZMod, I get an error saying hl2.exe has stopped working :(
